Potter Township will hold its spring Riff-Raff Days on Friday, May 10th, 8AM – 3PM & Saturday, May 11th, 8AM – 12 NOON. Items will be accepted at the township maintenance building only on these dates.
GUIDELINES AND LIMITS
ONLY the following items will be accepted:
· Metal items
· Appliances
· Large furniture
· Electronics: Computers, TV’s, printers
· Tires-(limited to 6) passenger size only, and must be removed from rims. Tires from your property only.
This collection is NOT for residents outside of Potter Township.
The Township will provide riff raff collection for senior citizens 65 or older & physically disabled residents on Thursday, May 9th. Requests for this special collection require pre-registration. To register, contact the township office no later than 5 p.m. on MONDAY, MAY 6th by calling (814) 364-9176, ext. 103. Remember to place all items at the edge of your property next to road by 7:00 a.m. on collection day. Keep in mind that there are only 2 workers per collection vehicle during this special collection. Items that cannot safely be lifted by 2 workers WILL NOT BE COLLECTED.
