Application #2022-001 Yolanda Lawrence, 417 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Centre Hall, PA 16828, TPN #20-320-,101A, owner of record of said property located in the C-Commercial Zoning District, seeks a dimensional variance from Zoning Ordinance 220-28.D and/or 220-19.E.(3) or (b) and appeals a Zoning
Officer determination regarding the rear setback requirement of an accessory building (chicken
coop/skid shed).
Application #2022-002 Tom Dilella, TCBM Investments, LLC, 430 Misty Hill Drive, State College, PA
16801, TPN #20-008-007L, owner of record of said property located on General Potter Highway, in the
PCI-Planned Commercial Industrial District, seeks a variance from Zoning Code Section 220-22.D.3 to
allow an impervious coverage percentage of 60%, where a maximum of 40% is permitted. The variance
is for the construction of a self-storage unit facility.
