INVITATION TO BID – FARM LAND LICENSE [Updated form February 20, 2025]
Sealed bids for a 5-year Farming License of approximately 80 acres of Potter Township, Centre County, PA, ParcelNumber 20-003-,037C,0000- (Tri-Municipal Park, Inc.) located along the south side of Upper Brush Valley Road approximately ½ mile west of Centre Hall Borough, will be received by Potter Township and Centre Hall Borough. Bids will be accepted at the Potter Township Office located at 124 Short Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875 until 11:30AM on Monday, March 3rd, 2025. They will be opened and examined for requested documentation on Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at 2:00 PM and then read at the Potter Township Board of Supervisors Meeting at 7:00 PM. The Bid Package, including a License Agreement Template, Bid Template and field location sketch may be obtained from the Potter Township Office between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Those who wish to submit a bid must do so by using the Bid Template. No other forms will be accepted. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Bid for 3/15/2025-Farm Land License”. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Potter Township. Potter Township and Centre Hall Borough reserve the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
