Earlystown Solar, LLC has filed a Conditional Use Application with the Potter Township Supervisors. The Application requests, as permitted by Potter Township Zoning §220-18.C to allow for the construction of a solar photovoltaic energy facility on the property of Berginblick Partners, Centre County Tax Parcel 20-005-,106.
The property is located at 541 Smith Lane, Potter Township, Centre County. The Potter Township Supervisors has scheduled a Conditional Use Hearing for April 20, 2020 at 7:15 pm in the Potter Township meeting Room at 124 Short Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875.
