The CCATO is composed of elected officials and employees from 25 townships in Centre County.
The purpose of the Scholarship is to aid residents of Centre County townships in meeting necessary educational expenses. Scholarships are awarded to full-time and part-time students who are attending vocational technical training, community/business colleges, or universities. At the post-secondary level, support is provided for a first undergraduate degree only.
