A request for a waiver to Potter Township Zoning Ordinance §220-37, B. “The pool is not to be located within any required front or side yard, nor closer than 15 feet to the rear property line” has been submitted for 250 Bubb Road, Centre Hall, PA, Centre County Tax Parcel 20-8-35H. The request is to allow for the installation of a swimming pool in the side yard.
A Zoning Hearing will be held June 4, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the Potter Township meeting room located at 124 Short Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875.
